Heart of a Night Terror ?

so, last night i went out with my guild mates and we finally killed one of those Night Terror's in TerMur, and we got a Heart of a Night Terror off of it and it was timed for 21 hours.

anyone know what these are for?

i cant find any info on them on stratics or uoguide or even on the internet (google)
