It pains me to issue this actt, as Magincia has been a fierce ally and partner in commerce. A tariff has been issued by its Governor, Andrasta, taxing its Magincia’s Succulent Rum which Vesper has been exporting and selling to Buc’s Den.
I, Khaleesi, Governor of Vesper enact an embargo, and hereby have placed on all ships and vessels in the ports and lands of Magincia,: No clearance will be appointed to any ship or vessel except vessels under the direction of the Governor of Vesper and he who is authorized to give instruction; Quacklebush, Lord High Treasurer of Vesper.
