I was taming for a while in the Healer's Grove, and I had turned my dex down and int and str were up, it started sucking my dex out into int all the way up to 125 or so then i capped it - now I'm back in trammel and I put int back down and str up and its draining in there......

whats going on here? is this a permanent change?

If you have one up and one or more down yes your stats will change if using a skill that that effects that stat. If you don't want them to move just lock all three once you have them where you want them.

Each stat (strength, dexterity and intelligence) can reach 125 as their maximum. Your character's base maximum stat cap (all stats added up) is 225 total. These 225 stat points can be divided into different setups. Mages will use intelligence, as they need mana, fighters use dexterity to increase their weapon speed...

If you've reached the 225 stat cap, you can still gain in stats, but it will substract points from a stat you've set to lowered, to the stat you've set to increase. A stat cannot be lowered below 10...

Different skills will build different stats. You've said you were taming, and that increases intelligence and strength. If you'd like to regain your character's dexterity, you'll have to set either strength or intelligence to lowered, and find a skill that gains dexterity as a side effect...

see this is what i thought also, but its not the case - when my int started gaining - i hadnt even started taming yet, i was just in the grove.....then when i left and turned my int down and str & dex up, it just seemed to empty out into str even though i wasnt doing anything, i just left the grove...and my stat cap is 230 also....

so anyways, really weird
