At The Red & Purple Mini Mall... Vendor "Hope" always has green nets along with others around the floor.

At The Yew Gate Mall of the Red & Purple... Vendor "Tiffany Deckler" also always has green nets.

Plus, this is a mager vendor work day for me so... odds are they will be restocked.

Always check the OLD dependable malls.

I have some fishing nets for you too Hawk. Any and all fishing nets left in Goodman's Rune Library mailbox I will make sure Hawk gets. There's a few body parts in there still but more than enough room for some nets. I hope to make next weeks hunt as well.

Actually Goodman's Rune Library in its current uptodate version is very close to the Makuto Moongate. Go NW from Zento Moongate to the first road, turn right.

The Library that stands on Magincia beach today is a replica & a Memorial of the Library that you are thinking of. It's redone to match on his Grand Opening day. There are runebooks in it but most of them were marked by him and have not been updated.

One or two vendors at Mystic Garden have green nets normally [900 gold per i think?]
I don't run the vendor so I'm not 100% sure the price. Its in the smaller mall building, towards the end.
