Hawk starts new journals

Captain Nathank Hawk has started new journals that are on public view in Commander Jordan Jurrels office in Minoc tram (just west of the unfinished statues).

Also of note is the request for library information from EM Sarakan to be found in the EM office (sw of blackthorns castle, britain, tram).
