Having trouble changing my text color.

I'm trying to change the color of my text when I talk in game. I've went into the options menu and changed the color and hit apply. It never takes though. I've even changed the color of every single one to make sure I was doing the right one, but still nothing changes for me. Any idea on what I'm doing wrong?

The most common cause is your on the wrong tab. (most people find the second tab down on the left and think thats it)

It's the tab that looks like an eye then scroll down.
