Having problems claiming 14th year Vet Reward...

I cant seem to find the Shard Transfer Shields in the menu, I hit 168-months last week and wanted to get a few different shards but was sad when I didnt see them in my Vet Rewards menu, any ideas? Are they listed under a different name? And when do you get to pick which shard the shield will represent, in the vet rewards menu or after you claim the item itself?

it listed under house add on's i think.

then once you pick the shield it will prompt you to pick the shard you want it from.

(trying to think, it was a year ago i picked mine)

Ya I was looking under House Add-ons, but I dont know what the name is...I dont see a "Shard Transfer Shield" available as an option...is there another name for it?
