As title say i havent played in 4 years and i want to make a t-hunter. Im going to be starting up on a new shard cause my old one seems kinda dead and i cannot afford to move my chars/gold/scrolls/items from there.
What is the safest template to start with as i do not have any money to get a fancy suit together, i will also not have any powerscrolls either

Also i do not have SA yet either so mysticism is out.
what should be my starting skills?
i have gone thru this forum and read alot of the template threads but for the life of me i cannot remember what is the hardest skills to lvl up.
