Have they disabled BV creation already?

With the upcoming disabling of sim creation in all production cities I tried to (finally) make a family in BV and get error 0...only allowed 3 cities per account.

Have they diabled BV already?

You are not the only one that has encountered this error.

Please post to this thread, and maybe the team will take notice and offer an answer.

Or mention it in the Town Hall/Community Pub.

This is a very critical time, and you may have to poke them a bit to get their attention, right now.
