"Have at thee" GM begger from 12+ years ago (Atlantic)

I was just laughing to myself about the old GM begger who used to go around Brit Bank, naked, saying "Have AT Thee" toggling in and out of war mode.

Does anyone remember his name?

The only two beggars of any fame that I remember were Grifty Mcbegg and his wife Ryna Mcbegg. Not sure if that is who you are referring to or not.
