Hatred NPC's outside Old Haven

I may have missed something but, I was training a ferret in old haven on spectral spellbinders when I went to the graveyard to get some. I got to the graveyard and was attacked by an NPC (Hatred). After making sure that one was no longer around I went back to trying an train my pet and was attacked two more times by Hatred NPCs. All of them mages. Did I miss something? Are the invasions moving to Old haven or is it a glitch. This was on Origin and I have not check other shards yet.

Interesting I just found a falsehood on Baja in Old Haven. Maybe escorts?

Because of the close proximity of Magincia and New Haven, NPCs in northern Haven isle get infected when Magincia comes under attack.

Ok that may be it, I know magincia is under attack. Still should not happen, but I can see how it could.

Yeah I saw the falsehood one yesterday. He stole my arrows and I could not get them back. lol
