[Price Check] Hatchet with uses?

I found a hatchet on the ground that looks normal...but says that is has 56 uses. The uses are listed just like shovels, pickaxes, etc.

Where do these come from?

Rare, semi, or trash? If not trash what would you value it as?

Not seen one of those in a while on a standard rules shard (all items have uses on SP, IIRC), so it might date back from a period in 2003 when occasionally items would end up with "Uses" ala SP on normal shards, due to a coding error.

As such, it might be considered a rare.

If it's on SP or Mugen, though, it's just a normal tool....
