If you take the southern moonglow teleporter and go to the farmer building to the SE, the entire entrance is covered in blood and the place looks like a big mess.

is this new or always been like that? (atl shard btw) I rarely go down there so unsure..

If this is the place I think your talkign about thats been there for a few years.. think its left over from an event along time ago..use to be a moongate in that building that teleported you somewhere or teleported something to moonglow I think..
