Has anyone toyed around with a Mage/Samurai?

Hiya!

I am currently running a Mage/Paladin/Swordsman-type character at the moment, but am curious as to whether or not a Samurai/Mage would be successful at all, and if so, what are peoples experiences with such a template. Are they PvP-able? What skills would you use, and what would be sacrificed to sqweeze such a tight template togeather?

To many penalties to play one. Not enough skill points to be really effective, have to have atleast 80 dex for parry. Not mention you need High weapon skill, & Eval to be an effective PvP mage.

Not saying impossable but the investment isn`t worth it.
