You go into loyalty from context menu then go to towns, declare a town (something you can do only once a week), then go to any champ spawn (Fel, Ilsh, Etc.). I worked a spawn up to Tier III and got to Commended; it's a slow process but a process you won't think about if gaining loyalty isn't your main goal (scrolls, pinks, etc.).

I know how to declare town loyalty. You address, however, what I was mainly curious about. If particular spawns were associated with particular cities or if it was literally gaining loyalty in any city you happen to have declared loyalty to from fighting any champ spawn. Thank you.

I'm glad the devs are giving better gain options for those interested in the gold sink. Maybe the devs will be able to add other towns down the road as well. I'd love a Delucia title.

The issue i have with the system is that it just adds an additional bunch of spam to the screen while doing the spawn. With each momentum kill I would get 3 to 5 messages depending on tier and my current fame/karma:
you gain blah fame
you gain blah karma
you use your body's momentum blah blah
you gain (or can't) valor blah blah
your deeds are blah to the city of blah

fills both the screen and the journal quite quickly.

That's true. Seems like you get the Town Loyalty message for every single kill. Would be nice if there was a message delay as well as an indication or sound upon reaching a new tier (if there was an indication I missed it). Kind of like how if you max out Valor it'll tell you.
