Kinda funny I was farming bouras and a guildie told be he wanted one, not 2 minutes later I got the drop. Guildie was very happy.

I think it´s something like a chance to evade Paralyze or perhaps even have the spell bounce back to the caster. Could be wrong though.

I´ve read that they are not imbuable...

they are not imbuable . we tried . yes recently (after the patch that let us inbue artifacts). yes they come from highland bouras (ive gotten 2 so far).
i read somewhere it reflects paralize at 30 percent chance.

Yeah Ive got bout 5 so far......I average about 1 shield for every 500 Bouras I kill. I can sell em here on Atl for about 850k to 1 million.

And if you counter their attack and hit them you break the paralyze, rendering it useless. Good against archers I guess, as you cant hit them auto defend out of melee range.

Its a good shield for crafters, they wont be able to hit the high DCI PK'ers so they wont break the paralyze and they can run for it!
