Has anyone ever had a bugged Soulstone?

On one of my guys I regularly switch between swords, fencing, maces and archery. Ive ate a 120 scroll for all of them. Last night when I went to switch maces out for fencing it wouldnt let me take fencing off the stone. I had my arrow set up and enough space to get the skill. I ended up putting archery on instead. What I want to know is , if it dont work again and I page a GM about it, will they come and fix it or am i SOL and have to rework up my 120 fencing

When you say it wouldn't let you, at what point did it stop you?

Did you get the gump? (if not, is there any chance the soulstone was from another account?)
Did it show your caps correctly?
Did it offer any error message?
Are you able to use any other soulstone with this character?

I gather the character wasn't brand new? (I did once have a problem with a newly-created character that was just added to my guild, but a few hours later the problem fixed itself)

This is not a new character and I have used these soulstones many times. My character is fully built and all other skills are locked and I switch out weapon skills depending on what im killing. When I try to take fencing off the one soulstone now I get the message to check if you have enough room or if your arrow is set in proper direction. I was able to get 120 swords off of another stone with no problem so it is deff a problem with the soulstone.

hmm ... do you have a +skill item on? (I've not tested if that would make any difference ... I'm just grasping at straws)

as with 99% of the time these kinda things happen id suppest you take a couple minutes break.

then come back and start from the top.
do you REALLY have that much available skills points.
are you SURE your scrolled up that high on that toon.
ect ect ect.

i cant tell ya the amount ive times ive gotten icqs from people saying the same kinda thing just to have them icq me back and say "DOH! i didnt do *fill in with something silly that was overlooked*"
