Apon returning to the game I've noticed two well trained and highly scrolled up chars are missing from Europa. I never did any x sharding but I checked others anyway. I wouldn't have just randomly deleted them. GMs said they couldn't help!

Has anyone came back to game to find missing characters?

Same thing happened to a guildy when the account management stuff started. She had to jump through a few hoops but ultimately found out the char was still there but was hidden from her view. If I am not mistaken I think she talked to a GM and they fixed the issue for her tho, or maybe that was one of the instances she actually had to call cust support for. When she logs on today I will double check and let you know tho.
7th slot chars? read they do go missing, if GM can't wont help, ping Mesanna a PM inc char names, she can deal

And no was not 7th char slot was 5th char slot and I think 6th?? Character called biffy clyro. Did we get a 6th with an expansion
Coz I don't remember deleting any characters let alone two. Characters were called 'a bake-kitsune' and 'Biffy Clyro' both pks. Had 120skills and all sorts

It's ok I've messaged her. I hope for a good outcome. It's losing all them skills and stats I'm most worried about!

Give her a wee bit of time there, Shaunus. She does an awful lot above and beyond her job description, and if you've included the information she needs to investigate, then you need to bear that in mind as well. She'll get back you

Well, I'm a obviously either really impatient or she's not interested in trying to help. Still no reply. customer service simply isn't an interest of anyone high up in this game it seems.
