Has any one found how to do the Ricardo Quest in Fel Only

I can find the bok locations and Lt Crag in Fel, but no Ricardo, Avery, nor a location to get a Lantern for a red to do the quest?

From looking about Fel and re-reading the announcement on the Herald it sounds like the quest itself is all based in Tram. The choices we make are to go to Trammel Britain/Dawn to get the reward, or Felucca Cove/Minax, to get the reward.

Which isn't fair to the red players. Sounds like those red characters can't do the quest then?

ANyhow I did it using tram chars lamp and LT Crag, oyu just have to hit the same locations in fel.
