well i made a new account and as i was logging in they told me to make a new character. i was designing my guy when im disconnected. i go to w.o.w .com and im banned!

what should i do and has this happened to anyone else?

(im calling w.o.w right now)

When you say you started a new account, was it a brand new account, or new to you? Did you inherit someone elses bad account or was this a fresh-out-of-the-box accoun?

The first thing I would say, is call customer support, but your post said that you have done that. What was their response?

I'll try to help more after you let us know what they said.
