The average AAA game now comes with two-discs as a standard, usually one for single-player and the other for multiplayer. Well, if you decide to rent Halo 4 on the Xbox 360 from Redbox, you’re only going to have access to one game disc.
Only SP says Redbox is limiting renters to the single-player portions of Halo 4. This means that if you want to try the multiplayer before you buy the game, you won’t be able to do it from Redbox.
This shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise given that publishers want to curb any kind of secondhand game experiences in order to boost firsthand sales.
