Halloween Costumes... Do any of these allow you to move at mounted speed like ninjitsu animal form?

Halloween Costumes... Do any of these allow you to move at mounted speed like ninjitsu animal form? If so which ones do that?

None of the Halloween Costumes move at "Mounted" speed.

Although there was (maybe still is) an exploit to move at mounted speed while in the form of a costume.
