I was finally able to purchase King's Collection codes to finish upgrading my accounts!!!
Digital River has removed mine and J's credit cards from the blacklist!!!
I have used the codes, they worked and all my accounts are upgraded and have their token!!

Thank you to all the EA/Origin etc. telephone/live chat/email support people. I'm sorry I can't remember everyone of your names there were so many of you. Thank you, Thank you!

Oh and Thank you to the EA support fella in Ireland, I don't know what you said to J. but, I haven't seen her laugh, smile and blush like that in AGES!

Lastly but certainly NEVER LEAST....Everyone here in UHall for reading my threads, commiserating with me in my threads and even the trolls for trolling my threads. Thank you to each and everyone one of you for helping me keep my sanity!!

It isn't just UO. It seems to be everywhere across all service based products <insert still unresolved month long battle with Time Warner Cable just get get my service transferred here>. The confidence scam of service in general I suppose. But here it is in all its glory... An excited post of a consumer who battled long and hard to make what should have been a simple purchase... then thank everyone for it like she just won an academy award. grats I guess...

It has taken 9 days, 2 sisters ( me and J), I don't know at the number of EA support people and ONE Mesanna to purchase 6 codes.

Look Bro, you can either be sour or you can celebrate the small good things. Haters are gonna hate. Me, I choose to celebrate.

I'll be the first one to admit it shouldn't have taken a near act of Congress to buy these codes. I'm not gonna sit here and trash the support people they tried.

I could trash digital river but why should I bother launching some negative karma that will bite me later?
