I now pull double shifts on Sundays and can no longer make HoC meetings. I am unsure if a reporter was there. When I asked on icq about the Hall of Commons meeting on January 2nd and what I missed, this is what I got....

Seriously, Dudley related the same information about Item drops and January events that are posted here.

There was some discussion about revealing the content of each event via *Spoiler* alerts.

There was an attention depraved fool that didn't want to leave the EM platform, thus requiring a ban.

There was a player complaining he didn't get his name on a plaque yet, to which Dudley responded he nust have missed it and would rectify the problem

There really wasn't much other conversation.

Dudley's into was basically a copy/paste of the drop policy and the January events schedule from the forums. Dudley asked that anyone who finishes the 'Legends of the Hidden Temple' event and chooses to write up a walk-through to please include a spoiler warning in the title. Then he opened the floor.

Tancred expressed distaste for the inclusion of spoilers in the events schedule and asked if they could be removed. Dudley explained that they were there for those who had asked for a summary of upcoming events, but that they were to be included as clickable spoiler links so as not to spoil the surprise for those who didn't want them.

Demon Slayer asked about the plaque that was to be posted with his name for winning the duck hunt even earlier last year. Dudley told him that he had asked some time ago that anyone who had won an event and had not been recognized to contact him and let him know. Dudley said he would fix it as soon as possible.

Cordelia told Dudley that the spoiler links in the events post on the forums was not working properly and that they were displaying the spoilers for everyone. Dudley told her that Morpheus was fixing these links.

Dudley announced the winners in the holiday house decorating contest. He also said that each of the three winners would have a placard of some sort placed in front of their lots signifying their participation in the contest. Sundina asked if it was possible to have the community vote on the houses. Dudley explained that it's problematic because of people voting on multiple characters, people who don't use the forums, or people who might miss out if voting was done live in-game. He said that he would look at doing something like that in future contests of this nature.


That's all I recall. Aside from the idiot who wanted to sit on Dross's stool in his absence.

hahah thank you everyone. I hate missing stuff and sorry Morpheus didn't know you were there. I just felt that someone else might be able to give me a better run down of information then the responses I got last night on icq hehe.
