It all depends on what you see as "regular". PvM? PvP? You may want to state what you are looking for in a guild and people that come here can offer you a few solutions.
This shard is full of active guilds. Just tell us what you were looking for.
What Pike said. This shard be full O' Guilds. Just state yer preferences, and be ready ta set sail with a new crew.

Best to check with Pitr (Catlord here in Stratics). He heads up a large alliance with a few decent sized guilds. There's always something going on in one of the alliance guild or another.
