Deeded guildstones like that start at 25mil typically and go up based on name and buyers interest. Thats a nice name, so in auction could go high, dont think I have ever seen one without HTML code added (old school ones) selling over 150mil.

good number have gone above 150. usually a historic guild. Order of the silver serpent went for 811m back in 2014. i think thats the highest guildstone price ive seen, but that was Richard Garriots original guild that he was the guild leader of. Promanthia was offering 1bil for Zog Cabal (atlantic RP guild), but i dont think he ever found it.
