Guild name trouble

Im trying to creat a new guild with the following name:
Союз СоветскихСоциалистическихРеспублик

Abbreviation:CCCP

I keep getting an error that reads "guild names must be less than 40 characters" but this is less than 40 chars

This is less than 40 chars, so I tried "Социалистических Республик" and got the same error, currently 12 in Que... and tips for creating guild names in Russian?

Perhaps unicode characters "take up more space"?

Can't we change the language in UO? Change it to Russian and try perhaps?

I just tried to put a cyrillic "С" into a guild name and it says that it is "not available".

Looks like its gotta be Latin all the way!
