You can still name and place it? Never seen one let you. I have a bunch that just say "guild deed" but won't let me name or place, that normally sell for around 200k or so. You've test this deed out?

I know I can't place mine, would be odd if there was one out there that actually worked.

IF you can place and name yours...I want it. I will give you 50m for it. But I will need to see you place it and name it what I wanted it to be and then deed it again. If that can happen then I will pay 50m for it which is double the normal price for deeded stones.

You can not get a stone from a, "Guild Deed." Or said another way you can not get a stone from an unused guild deed. You can only get a stone from a deed that has already been used.

I just saw this post, now it made me curious, because I just bought a "guild deed" for a measly 125k. and it is simply a guild deed in paper form. NOthing can be done with it, right, but lock it down?

it depends. If there is a guild name on it - you can place the stone. Try double click it and see what happens. good luck!
