Guardzone Warnings

I have noticed recently that I no longer get the "guardzone warning" when popping into Fel to go mining. Today I ran the road from Brit gate to Brit (in Fel) and there were no warnings about crossing in and out of guardzones. I still receive warnings when crossing zones in Tram. Are the guardzones in Fel now secret or is this a bug?

Many guard zones have been removed from war torn cities. Not all fel cities are without guard zones though.

The 8 faction cities do not have guardzones in the city. Can't remember off hand which moongates have guardzones and which ones do not other than Yew does and Moonglow doesn't.
