GSF Auction set for October 3rd

The October auction is due to take place on Saturday 3rd October. As ever, the deadline for submissions is around ten days before the event (Wednesday 23rd September in this case). HOWEVER, the last two auctions have been filled well in advance of this and we already have half the slots filled for October. So if you have something you want to submit...

If anyone would like to place items for sale then please contact Hoffs as soon as possible via either ICQ [193-165-018], PM on the White Council forums, or in game.

Also, just as a teaser and to allow for advance planning, October is due to feature our biggest lot ever (both in size and gold value). I mean, you may think that an 18x18 is big, but this is way larger...

Just giving official advance notice that a Siege castle will be going under the hammer in the October auction. In fact the winner gets a choice of location in either Trinsic Swamp or Ice Island.

Castle purchasing procedures from the Gilfane forums...

At the end of the auction, the winning bidder (unless they are able to purchase straight away) will be required to make an immediate down payment of 10m to the auction house. They will then be given up to two weeks to obtain the balance and complete the sale with the vendor. Failure to finalize the trade on time will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and the underbidder will then be invited to obtain the property by paying the balance owed. The down payment will be passed on to the vendor upon completion, or returned to the buyer if for any reason the sale does not go ahead through no fault of their own.

I won´t be able to attend but I would like to see the auction so I´ll give a Raised Garden Bed deed to the first person who can record and post the entire auction. If it´s needed to break it down in several parts then that´s fine too.

If more than one posts it, only the first one will get a deed but the rest will get a 1 Mil check for the effort.
