Grubbix? Tears of Soulbinder?

Anyone knows what the tears of the soulbinder does ?(flask with a timer, when you hover over it, it says "Destroyed when dropped")

I got it from the Grubbix quest killing 10 leecher (or something).....anyone knows what can be done with it?

That quest is part of the "Ritual" quest chain that starts in Ter Mur.
