Greenish flying ghoul form?

I have seen several players at spawns in a form that resembles a green, flying ghoul with a sort of Bride of Frankenstein hairdo.

I tried to ask one of them, but the spawn was not particularly conducive to chit chat.

What spell does this? I think its a necro form, but its not Lich, Wraith or Horrific Beast.

Can someone clue me in?

Its the female version of Wraith Form. Women change into the "wailing banshee" monster.
