[Price Check] Green Plate Suit

Went digging through some chests and I found this suit. If memory serves me correctly it was from killing a haven guard pre-New Haven. I don't know if it is considered rare. Wondering if anyone can give me more insight.

Every piece of armor is hue # 2207 (Verite), Cloak is # 1425, Kilt is # 1427

Hopefully that helps a bit more.
