Yeah, I've seen that color before. I think it is something Medusa does.

Croaker is right, Medusa did it to the dragon. During the first week or so, Medusa had some glitches with petrification, and the dragon kept the hue.
It has since been fixed, but a few pets seemed to retain the color.
On the production shards ive seen a few others the same color.
