Greater Dragon vs Doom

I know most people haven't had their new dragons bond yet, but I was wondering how successful they might be in Doom. I know it would be a pain to have to run by foot from room to room but with 900+ hp they wouldn't require a whole lot of healing (maybe, haven't tamed one yet).
