Like I said everyone, I go and look 2 or 3 times a day (every 6 or 8 hours), and I havent seen one with the right look in months.

Yes, in Mag. They made new stalls that sell items, resources, and pets via player context menus. Expensive if used long term tho.

You need to have updated your account with either the Gothic or Rustic theme pack to set up one of the bazaar vendors in New Magincia, but I'm pretty sure you do not need to have either upgrade on your account if you only want to make purchases from the vendors.
