Was working a new char today at the Humility spawn, it was spiders and scorpions. Had to finally give up and leave, because of the poison.
I was drinking greater cures, made by my GM alchemist, and consistently failing to cure poison from just regular scorps and spiders. Not one random episode, but consistently.

Have they really nerfed GCures into noneffectiveness? OR am I just having a really bad day with the RNG?
