Just offloading or are you heading to another shard? About a year or two ago I sold the plot to the left of you for a nice price. However, the market has since changed.

I have to shut down an account but figured someone would like this a little more than me. With that I see someone trying to sell and 7x7 for 300 mil so im figuring I could get a little more than 500mil. It was my forever home just do not have the money to continue to keep the account up an running.
