I have beenpaging a GM for the last 6 hours and still have not got one to attend tomy problem.I keep getting the general message please referto blahblahblah. I customised a classic tower into a customised house. A boiling cauldron was on the fourth floor now it is stuck and I can not enter customise mode to get it down, any ideas?

i had that problem before..if ya cant get to it to axe it...your stuck waiting for a GM....Page the Hell outta them

Have you attempted to created a custom house that has 3 floors and a roof? You may be able to reach the item to ax it if you build up the customized house to reach it. though if it was on the "wing" area you may be screwed. Have you tried changing foundation style, that sometimes fixes issue with custom houses. This issue may also resolve itself at server maint.

you can mess around with methods for making staircases out of goza mats and throw in some ladders to get high enough to axe it, too

i think thats the problem, i had the same thing happen..the house wont allow him to go into custom mode at all with the couldron there..maybe the goza trick might help

tell em in your description, your stuck, cannot go into cstom mode.cannot do anything without a gm's help..your house and everything in it is stuck until they assist you.you need help NOW..tell them exactly that

"Can't" enter house customizing mode ??

4 GMS/7.5 HOURS a gm helped me!!!! Took him 10minutes to fix it.

JUst for the record, they are out there. For the first time in many many months I got a real response from a GM during the event in regards to my corpse being stuck at the rift gate(bad side) where I saw him magically move 2 of our corpses that were stuck so we could loot them. wonders never cease to amaze me.
