Eh, the article was certainly slanted in spots and not very objective, but I think the last paragraph has a valid point. Emphasis mine - this one line really underpins the concerns that I have been voicing all along about poor project management. Five years of development and we end up with something that does not meet the goals or objectives outlined at the announcement of this.
