Goza Floors

I seem to remember reading that these are not bannable etc an i remember seeing a post with an awesome "top" floor to a castle made from black gozas, no idea where that post is, but was wondering if someone could link me to it it wasa large garden designed floor and maybe some info on how such a thing is made, decon not my thing but would love to make one
