My greetings to all citizens of Vesper,
I am happy to represent the township of Vesper for the second time and I want to thank everyone for their trust and support. Unfortunately out city treasury is currently too low for a trade deal but I am working on that. We will receive support funds from within the Vesper Trading Company and our allied forces.
I will refresh out Trade Deal with the Assasins Guild as soon as things are feasable.
Please feel free to make use of the bulltin board to leave me a message of visit me for an audience Tuesdays at the Swaggers Inn in South Vesper. I will be there from on the 9th hour (CET) to hear anyone in regards to the needs of our citizens.
I also made contact with other cities to work out some entertaining in hopefully neaby future.
