I have a few rares and event items i would like to show off while still having a small vendor home.

Perhaps Ashyn's Stone countertops along the wall?
You could place your tubs in a corner, and your chests under the counter tops. Then display your pieces on top the counters?

it is also possible to craft great looking display cases / cabinets - all you need is a few goza mats and a couple stacks of gold!

the idea is on these boards somewhere or if you prefer i can show you how i have done it at my museum on europa:)
