To all who have seen it and loved it I wanted to say that the Beggars Wood will soon be no more.
Sadly I must make room for progress and slowly but surely I've been moving most all my homes to Newcastle Township. So the Beggars wood is one of my last Yew holds and soon it will be gone.
If you have never ever seen the Beggars Wood you may want to take a quick peek before it's gone. I would post pics but It's rather late and I must leave for work early in the morning so I really don't have time. But it's not hard to find it's in the first clearing directly 6 O'Clock from the Yew Moongate in Trammel on Great Lakes, just below the Yew-wood Forest Theatre with the big YEW on the roof.
It's a must see for many and the long running board there has been a real treat for years. I know it's been dear to many and most find it at some point or another while passing and stop to leave a message on the board. I sure wish I could keep it but alas I no longer can.
Feel free to check it out and if anyone has the time to take some awesome screenies I would surely appreciate it. But I expect within the week sometime it'll be gone. Almost like tearing down a childhood home... but such is the price of progress.
Anyway just thought I'd give everyone a last opportunity to visit one of GL's long standing unique homes.
P.S. Watch out I hear it has termites!
