Good Morning Catskills (1/14/09)

*TW sets Jeeves to cleans up yesterdays lunch dishes while he brews some coffee and stokes the fire*

Good morning Catskills....it is Wed Jan 14 and it is freakin cold outside.

I think everyone should just snuggle up by he fire today until the weather warms up a little!

* Jeeves bring out breakfast and starts to load up the sideboard*

*TW samples the pancakes, waffles and omelettes and a healthy serving of "turkey bacon"*

Plenty to be eaten here folks...juice, bagels and fruit will be out soon....Good morning Catskills.....and have a great day!!

I'd advise skipping the "bacon" everyone...

Good day people. Cold as a witches.. erm... well YOU know.
Think my plan is to get lots of blankets and snuggle down!

Been up for a while now. I keep looking out the window at my car covered in snow, and thinking do I really want to go clean it off in the cold. I already have had my shower so I wander over to look at the breakfast. Takes an omelette and avoids the funny looking bacon. Though I do question what kind of eggs this omelette was made from. Still a hot breakfast is a hot breakfast.
Still looks out the ice covered window at that buried car and wishes there was magic snow removing elves. Finishes my so called eggs, throws a warm coat on and heads out the door to warm the car up and remove that dang snow.....

Comes back in with the knowledge that it really is as cold as it looks out there. Still I braved the weather and got the car started and cleaned off. The only thing is... well... I could swear a group of penguins in a row waddled past me, and I could be wrong but I could swear they were giving me dirty looks. Maybe its just me? Still.. *Looks back out the window to make sure those penguins moved on.*

I'm so not a morning person. On the bright side, we are halfway through the week. On the down side, I've lost my ice scraper for the windshield again. *sigh*

Guess "can't find the ice scraper" isn't really a valid reason not to go to work huh?
