How is this HEAVY X-BOW for PvP:?

Too slow. Heavy's need to be 30+ to even be considered.

UNLESS your working in a group and your job is dismounting.

Then you want a HLD, Hit Spell, HCI, DI. You'll get off your dismount shot, and sometimes get in a moving shot, but chances are, they will die before you get a second shot.
