This was sent to John Riccitiello CEO of EA (they should probably make their emails more complicated to figure out haha)

Mr. Riccitiello,

This email is in regards to the very stale world of Ultima Online. This game was the pioneer for all MMORPG’s and has fallen into the hands of people who have lost what this game was 10 years ago. Jeremy and the crew behind UO today have merely been diluting the game more and more to where this game has become a “Fun place to get pixels to look at”. The feel is gone and the most active and vocal players have fallen on deaf ears. The Kingdom Reborn client could have taken UO into the current level of gaming to be competitive with games like WoW, Star Wars Galaxies and so on, it did not. Instead the client was half assed not tested properly and when people expressed what needed to be changed no action was taken.

What I am suggesting is to give the game back to the players who have been fairly loyal over the last 11 years. To stop allowing a small group of people to make the decisions for several thousand people who still pay to play the game. I mean come on we didn’t even get Christmas presents last year (a tradition that was never missed until last year). There are so many things in the game that need simple tweaks and UO could start generating new accounts again, or reactivation of old accounts. Which we all know equals money into EA’s pocket. This game does not need to die and can be a very profitable game so long as it’s given the right kind of direction. If you are interested in what I have to say please call me. Thank you for taking the time to read this email and good luck with upcoming projects.

I can only guess what his response will be , but ill bet its something like this: Thank you for your interest in the game. If any action is needed against you, you will not be informed due to our privacypolicy. Here at EA we pride ourselves in ignoring and laughing at all our UO players concers. In the future any other issues may be sent to my personal email @[email protected]. Once again thank you for your emaiil , we are all still laughing at you UO players
