*opens up the tavern doors and watches the dust stir around*

I've really got to get to sweeping...

*lays down a few trays of pastries on some clean linens*

Alright everyone, get started with this.

*goes behind the counter and fires up the griddle*

So....anyone up for a hot breakfast?

* moves in quietly... *

* picks a spot next to the South window and drops his heavy backpack *

* walks to the counter and summons his own heartwood cup with a flicker of his right hand. Picks the coffee mug and fills the cup... quietly enjoying the scent of fresh made coffee... *

* nods to the innkeeper, leaving a copper coin next to the mug... *

(there is a flu out there)

Good Day friend, can I interest you in anything hot off the griddle, it is approaching supper time but we serve breakfast all day too.

*walks in and sits at the far end of the bar. Looks to Podo and grins wryly.*
Can I have some tea old friend?

*watches as a face from his past enters the tavern, grins slightly*

Good Day sir, been some time since I've seen you around these parts. Been some time since I've been around these parts for that matter.

*sets down a cup of tea in front of him*
