Going idle while using skills?

I was just sitting here working on necro, when I got a "if you don't do something in the next minute" message. I'm sitting here using a skill... how can I be idle? I moved around, cleared the window, and went back. NEver had this happen before. Is this happening to anyone else?

Yes, the same has happened to me before training magery at home. I'm not sure why it does this.

It happened twice... definitely not inactive, I mean... I'm GAINING SKILL!
