GM ?

Have had a gm request in for 3 days now, on Legends shard. Think I should be more patient, or just give up?
Seems as tho there is a bug with transferring a char from legends to atlantic and back, using the vet reward tokens, and the game losing its mind, with the facts that A......the char IS the house owner, and B.......it IS the one that placed the 4 year vet rewards, yet it will NOT let me take them down. Not a game stopper for me, but annoying to all get-out.

Not sure what can be done, but I discovered the one and only time my hubby did a transfer that the character coming back does not have the same id as the one that went. It was not recognised as the co-owner of the house despite the name still being listed on the house sign.
Best I can suggest is try accessing the rewards with another character on the same account- one that hasn't left the shard.

Ah but when you transfer away and come back it forgets who you are... You are a wiped slate. So... I page a GM and say Um.... My house won't let me redeed my item can you please come here and redeed XYZ for me?

Usually it takes a few hours but not 3 days.

ya, when you x-shard with the vet reward shields they totaly clean your guy so he is basically brand new to the shard, even the one your returning too.

kinda a pain, but, with some forethought you can copy your desktop and such, but for the houses, ya it sucks.

Just want to point out that this is another example of something getting added to the game with some pretty serious, unintended consequences...so whenever I hear someone with an idea who then says "it's a simple fix" or "this would be easy to program/add", I just walk away shaking my head.

no consequences...year...right.....by the way, I have this bridge I have been trying to sell.....

Toon still recognized as house owner, just not for these items. Tried all 7 of em, to no avail.
